Nobody expects the President of the United States to be able to rattle off the location of every w
arship at a moment's notice. Probably the Secretary of the Navy (if we have one) would find it challenging. But the quickest way to convince the world you're a useless moron is to announce you have sent "an armada" (what is this, 1588?) to the Sea of Japan, only to have it turn up hundreds of miles away off the coast of Indonesia. I can't wait to see how he blames it on Obama.
And this was the same week we were told "the grownups"
