Both sides now

Ronny Jackson called Biden a "cancer" after a malignant lesion was removed from the President's chest.  Biden wished Mitch McConnell "a speedy recovery" after he was hospitalized with a concussion.

Joe Biden traveled to Kyiv last month, the first time a president has been close to fighting since Lincoln met George McClellan near Sharpsburg, Maryland.  Kevin McCarthy is afraid to accept a similar invitation from President Zelenskyy.

Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) led insurrectionists on a tour of the Capitol on January 5, 2021, pointing out security cameras and other sites of interest.  Now he's getting ready to "investigate" the committee that investigated the insurrection.

Nicholas Wade wrote a book which claims Black people are prone to violence and Jews are financially successful because of their genes.  It's not clear why this makes him an expert on the origins of covid but the House Select Subcommittee on Coronavirus Pandemic wanted to hear from him today.  Paul Ruiz (D-CA) objected.

Jenna Ellis was censured by a Colorado judge after admitting she lied about the 2020 election, but she's still loyal to her client and shares his subtle sense of humor.  She mocked McConnell's fall with a video of a tortoise falling down stairs.

Tucker Carlson hates "demonic" Trump passionately but continues to defend his attempted coup.  He's promoting the claim of Albert Watkins that his client Shaman Jacob Chansley should get a do-over trial because he didn't have access to the video Carlson got from the Squeaker.  Spoiler alert:  it does not exonerate him.

Traute Lafrenz, the last surviving member of the anti-Nazi White Rose, has died at 103.  It's sad that she lived long enough to see the resurgence of fascism.
