It was just last week that Trump fired Geoffrey Berman, US attorney for the Southern District of New York, and replaced him with Jay Clayton, former chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission and utterly inexperienced prosecutor.  Berman prosecuted Michael Cohen, Rudolph Giuliani, the comedy team of Lev and Igor, and Jeffrey Epstein, the pimp Trump claims he barely knew.  So that was that -- wait, what?  The SDNY just unsealed an indictment of Epstein's alleged procuress Ghislaine Maxwell.   Who could that be, tilted forward on his lifts?  Looks familiar.

Trumpanzees don't care if Putin has high-def video of Trump with twelve-year-old Russian girls.  They don't care how much American blood he spills.  They don't care how Epstein really died.  But a lot of people do care, and it's hard to see how anything in Mary Trump's book will surprise us.  I hate the term "tipping point," but we seem to be approaching one.
